1, independent prosecutor. The independent prosecutor is a special position to investigate the fraud cases of the US government. In the case of government fraud, in order to avoid the interference of senior government officials and the ruling party in the investigation process, the Minister of Justice asked the appointment team composed of three senior federal judges to choose an independent prosecutor to lead the investigation. Independent prosecutors must be impartial and objective, and enjoy great authority after appointment. There is no time limit for an independent prosecutor to handle a case, and there is only one case at hand, so he can go all out to pursue it to the end.
2. Government Integrity Office. The office was established in accordance with the Law on Integrity of Government 1978. 1989, parliament passed legislation to upgrade it to an independent department of the administrative system. The director of the Integrity Office is recommended and agreed by the Senate and appointed by the President for a term of five years. The government integrity office is responsible for guiding the national administrative integrity work and formulating a unified code of conduct and integrity planning for the administrative system. In addition, each department of the administrative system has its own integrity office, which is responsible for formulating supplementary provisions of the code of conduct suitable for the characteristics of the department, and negotiating with the government integrity office to formulate and implement the integrity plan of the department.
3. Executive Office of the President. Many departments in the Executive Office of the President have certain anti-corruption functions. The White House Office is responsible for the qualification examination of presidential nominees. The Presidential Commission on Integrity and Efficiency and the Budget and Efficiency Executive Committee are responsible for ensuring that the federal budget and work plan can be implemented in a clean and effective manner. The Federal Government Procurement Office is responsible for formulating guiding policies for government procurement and improving the procurement system of administrative departments.
4. Chief Inspector. According to 1978 "inspector general law", all government ministries (and independent institutions) have set up inspectors, whose duties are to audit and investigate the implementation of their work plans, so as to improve work efficiency and prevent and eliminate fraud. The inspector general is appointed by the president and approved by the Senate.
5. Ministry of Justice. The Ministry of Justice is responsible for investigating and prosecuting corrupt elements who violate the criminal law. According to the law, the Government Integrity Office and the Inspector General must transfer criminal cases to the Ministry of Justice. The Ministry of Justice is responsible for bringing cases to court.
6. Federal Bureau of Investigation. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is an organization in the United States that specializes in investigating and endangering national security and public interests. The scope of investigation is extremely extensive, and it has the right to investigate more than 200 criminal cases, including corruption of government officials, misappropriation of public funds and other corrupt acts. It is also responsible for investigating the background of candidates for important and sensitive government positions. There are two methods of investigation: secret and public, which can track, sneak shot and detain corruption suspects. The results of the investigation shall be sent to the judicial department or other relevant departments for handling.

8. Office of the Special Legal Adviser. The Office of the Special Adviser is responsible for investigating and handling cases in which federal employees violate restrictions on participation in political activities, and also for investigating cases of retaliation against whistleblowers.
9. General Affairs Bureau. The General Affairs Bureau is responsible for the management of government equipment, vehicles and other property. Negotiate with the Government Integrity Office to formulate regulations for public officials to accept travel gifts.
10, Personnel Management Bureau. The office is fully responsible for the personnel work of the administrative system. Responsible for formulating clean government laws and regulations to prevent nepotism and gambling of public officials.
