20 17 Urumqi social security bureau held a knowledge contest on "learning to promote communication" and social insurance standardization. This activity was held in the conference room on the 5th floor of the local social security bureau/KLOC-0. There were 60 participants, including relevant personnel of the Social Security Bureau, representatives of human communities, banks, commercial insurance companies, hospitals, pharmacies, etc. 12 teams participated in the competition. The form of the competition is as follows: first, through the preliminary contest, and finally through the final, the first, second and third prizes are decided. The final is based on the points system. The contents of the competition mainly include the knowledge of social security standardization, the knowledge of social insurance laws and regulations and the knowledge that should be understood in the special activity of "learning to promote communication". The final exam is divided into three parts, which are required questions, scrambled questions and risk questions. The competition was also interspersed with the audience's answering session, which allowed the audience representatives to actively participate in the competition, fully mobilized the atmosphere of the competition and gave them the opportunity to fully demonstrate. Finally, as a result of this knowledge contest, the first place is a team composed of representatives from administrative department, fund management department, fund supervision department and cooperative banks. At the end of the competition, Li, secretary of the Party Committee of Urumqi Social Insurance Administration Bureau, said that it is necessary to do a good job in social security and improve the service level for the people. The main purpose of this competition is to promote the organic combination of social security management and standardization of cadres and workers, better interpret the working concept of "social insurance enters every household, and true feelings warm you and me", let everyone know that "insurance is surname insurance", better protect everyone and establish a social security system.

In order to standardize the social insurance relationship, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of citizens to participate in social insurance and enjoy social insurance benefits, enable citizens to enjoy the fruits of development and promote social harmony and stability, this Law is formulated in accordance with the Constitution.
Article 2 The state establishes social insurance systems such as basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance, industrial injury insurance, unemployment insurance and maternity insurance, so as to guarantee citizens' right to receive material assistance from the state and society in accordance with the law in case of old age, illness, industrial injury, unemployment and maternity.
Article 3 The social insurance system adheres to the principles of wide coverage, basic protection, multi-level and sustainability, and the level of social insurance should be compatible with the level of economic and social development.
Article 4 Employers and individuals who pay social insurance premiums according to law in People's Republic of China (PRC) have the right to inquire about payment records and personal rights and interests records, and ask social insurance agencies to provide social insurance consultation and other related services.
Individuals enjoy social insurance benefits according to law and have the right to supervise the payment of their own units.
Fifth people's governments at or above the county level shall incorporate social insurance into the national economic and social development plan.
The state raises social insurance funds through multiple channels. People's governments at or above the county level shall give necessary financial support to social insurance.
The state supports social insurance through preferential tax policies.
