"Practicing hard, seeking truth and being pragmatic" is the spiritual core of the teachers in Zhuzhou No.1 Middle School. The school strives to cultivate a team of teachers with noble morality, excellent business, dedication, hard work, striving for the upper reaches and full of vitality. The school has faculty 140, full-time teachers 103, 35 senior teachers and 77 intermediate teachers, and the qualified rate of full-time teachers 100%. In order to save the energy consumption of long-term investment in running a school, in the following period of 2005, we cooperated with Changjun to run a school, made full use of the excellent teaching resources of Changjun, further strengthened the teaching reform of the school, steadily promoted the curriculum reform, continuously improved the teaching level of teachers, and achieved fruitful teaching and research results.

The school has two national projects, 1 provincial projects. One is the project of "Policy Support Research on Accelerating the Development of Educational Science and Technology and Promoting the Construction of Two-oriented Society" by China Academy of Management Sciences. The sub-topic of "Traditional Culture and Chinese Teaching", the key scientific research topic of the 11th Five-Year Plan of the Central Institute of Education, is "Developing and utilizing the classical cultural resources of Hunan and promoting the practical research of Chinese teaching reform". Four teachers, including Chen Jianhua, Hu Xiao Garden, Huang Liwen and Deng Xiaoe, won the first prize of phased achievements, and teacher Liu Hongyan won the third prize.

Culture classes are all taught by multimedia, and the level of multimedia teaching is constantly improving. In the 7th Multimedia Education and Teaching Software Competition, 7 people won the second prize and 3 people won the third prize. In addition, cities and counties reward 6 1 person respectively; Teacher Zhang Hua's video lesson "Error Analysis and Improvement of Voltammetry Resistance Experiment" won the second prize.

Li Dingfang, a proud senior Chinese teacher in our school, has been quietly working in the front line of education and teaching for more than 20 years, and devoted himself to the education of the party and the country. Diligence, pragmatism and bold innovation have made the development of No.1 Middle School. Tutoring students' composition competition, I won the first prize in the province for many times, and my class won the teaching quality award at the end of the county senior high school entrance examination for many times. The number of students taking the college entrance examination in each senior three exceeded the school's planned plan. For more than 20 years, the class teacher has won the honorary title of excellent class teacher at school or county level for many times. Since teaching for more than 20 years, I have been working in the front line of education and teaching, and I have been working diligently and constantly exploring in combination with my work. My ordinary work has witnessed a people's teacher's loyalty to the party's education.

Teachers' enthusiasm for writing annual topic papers is high, and the teaching and research level is constantly improving. Every year, more than 50 teachers' teaching papers win national, provincial and municipal excellent paper awards. In 2007 alone, 122 articles were sent, of which 12 people won the first prize in the province, 19 people won the second prize, 22 people won the third prize and 53 people won the city and county prizes. On February 25th, 2008, Peng Minzhi, a teacher of this school, won this honor in the "National Young People's Favorite Rural English Teachers" selection held by the Ministry of Education, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, English Weekly and other departments (only 1 person in Hunan Province, 23 people nationwide). In mid-June 2008, the school was highly praised by provincial and municipal experts in the evaluation of "Safe and Civilized Campus" in the whole province. On June 16, 2008, the Supervision Office of Zhuzhou Municipal People's Government announced the level of running a school in 2007, and the school ranked first among non-provincial model middle schools. The majority of teachers are dedicated to their posts, willing to teach, excellent in quality and caring for students, especially those with financial difficulties and excellent academic performance.
