Zeng Pei Yan. Jeffrey Zeng is the son of Zeng, managing director of CITIC Capital. Jeffrey Zeng, a venture capitalist and entrepreneur, is currently the chairman of Gaowang Investment and the managing partner of Yuanhe Gaowang Growth Fund. Mr. Jeffrey Zeng used to be the senior managing director of CITIC Capital Holdings Limited, the general manager and executive partner of Xin Kai Venture Capital Management Limited, and the partner of Shenzhen Hongtai Fund. He has nearly 20 years of venture capital experience. Before joining CITIC Capital, he served as managing director of Walden International, a world-renowned venture capital institution, from 200 1, during which he was mainly responsible for venture capital business in China and Asia-Pacific region.
