Anhui Finance College (hereinafter referred to as "An Cai"), located in Bengbu City, Anhui Province, is a university jointly founded by the Anhui Provincial People's Government and the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives.

The school was founded in Hefei, Anhui Province,1May, 959, when the school name was Anhui Finance and Trade College. 196 1 moved to Bengbu city, Anhui province. The school belongs to the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Domestic Trade.
In February, 2000, the State Council decided to set up Anhui Finance and Trade College jointly funded by the central and local governments, with Anhui provincial government as the main management. In May 2004, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the school was renamed Anhui Finance College.
By the end of 2022 10, the school had two campuses, namely, the east campus of Bengbu Longhu, the west campus and Hefei Institute of Advanced Studies, covering an area of 1400 mu and a construction area of about 750,000 square meters. There are 13 colleges (departments) and 50 undergraduate majors.
