The material requirement of PVC pipe is that the pipe is smooth inside and outside, without convex edges, depressions, pinholes and bubbles. The material requirement of SC pipe is that the steel pipe is not flattened and the inner wall is smooth. (2) Different requirements for accessories:

Insulated conduit fittings and accessories for PVC pipes, such as various lamp holder boxes, switch boxes, socket boxes, pipe hoops, adhesives, etc. The length of the sleeve should be 3 times of the outer diameter of the pipe, and the supporting flame retardant products should be used. The electrical conduit of SC pipe is galvanized steel conduit, and the diameter, wall thickness and uniformity of the conduit shall conform to the national regulations.

(3) Different applications:

PVC pipe has the disadvantages of easy aging, poor fire resistance and troublesome grounding, and is not suitable for wires and cables, especially for the integrated wiring system of intelligent buildings. SC pipe is a welded steel pipe, commonly known as black iron pipe, which is a thick-walled steel pipe. Used in underground laying or places with high strength requirements, and often used in floor and wall construction.
