1. Improve the supporting policies. Formulate the plan of "high-end talents of traditional Chinese medicine in Jishui", and clarify 3 preferential policies in terms of tax refund, job title evaluation and employment, and scientific research funds. At the same time, the county finance is included in the annual budget according to the standard of 2 million yuan for the development of high-end talents of traditional Chinese medicine and 2 million yuan for talent work, and the budget quota is increased year by year according to the county's financial growth.
2. Do a good job in supporting services. To provide comprehensive and high-quality services for high-level talents of Chinese medicine to live and work in Jishui, we have implemented the free physical examination of "Luling Yingcai" and 1 free tickets for tourist attractions in the county, solved the problem of 12 children of high-level talents of Chinese medicine attending school, opened 26 sets of "talent turnover rooms", and planned to build 6 sets of new housing for Chinese medicine talents.
