1. Subsidy target: those who are identified as having employment difficulties in this Municipality and their dependents are employed, and enterprises founded by their dependents (except labor dispatch enterprises) absorb unemployed persons who hold employment and entrepreneurship certificates in this Municipality;
2. Subsidy conditions: register for employment, sign a labor contract with a term of 1 year or more, pay social insurance premiums for urban workers in full and on time, and pay labor remuneration according to law;
3. Subsidy standard: The employer shall be given a monthly post subsidy of 300 yuan according to the actual number of employees, and the eligible personnel shall be given a social insurance subsidy according to the social insurance premium actually paid by the employer (excluding the social insurance premium paid by individuals).

Article 5 Employment subsidy funds are divided into two categories: subsidies to individuals and units and subsidies to public employment service capacity building.
