Is there a dividend for buying a fund?
Buying a fund may not necessarily lead to dividends, and the dividends of the fund are not determined by 100%. In some cases, the fund also needs to pay dividends. If the fund wants to pay dividends, it needs to meet the following conditions. If you don't meet the requirements, you can't get dividends, as follows:
1 the fund still has distributable income after the current year's income makes up for the previous year's loss;
2. After the distribution of fund income, the net value of the fund unit shall not be lower than the face value;
③ There was no net loss on the fund investment in this period.
There is no fixed time for fund dividends, and dividends will only be paid if the dividend conditions are met.
In essence, the fund dividend is to take out a part of the fund income to pay dividends, so the net value of the fund unit tends to fall after the fund dividend. There are two main ways of fund dividend: cash dividend and dividend reinvestment, in which cash dividend will be paid to investors' accounts in cash; In the case of dividend reinvestment, the fund share held by investors will increase. Of course, the total assets of the fund remain unchanged.
