1) CITIC Bank is affiliated to China International Trust and Investment Corporation (CITIC) and was founded in 1987. It is one of the earliest emerging commercial banks established during my country's reform and opening up.

In 2002, China International Trust and Investment Corporation changed its name to China CITIC (Group) Corporation, and established CITIC Holdings Co., Ltd. with CITIC Bank as the main body.

Currently, CITIC Bank is a wholly-owned financial subsidiary of CITIC Holdings Co., Ltd.

2) CITIC Securities Co., Ltd., formerly CITIC Securities Co., Ltd., was established in Beijing in October 1995.

In 1999, it increased capital and was restructured into CITIC Securities Co., Ltd., with its registered place in Shenzhen.

It was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2003.

The controlling shareholder of CITIC Securities is also CITIC Holdings Co., Ltd. 3) CITIC Group Corporation (referred to as CITIC Corporation) was founded on October 4, 1979 by former Vice President Rong Yiren, personally initiated and approved by Deng Xiaoping, the chief architect of China's reform and opening up.

Now it has become a large-scale international multinational enterprise group. CITIC's business is mainly concentrated in finance, industry and other service industries.

4) CITIC Holdings is a holding company established by China CITIC Group Corporation with the approval of the State Council and the approval of the People's Bank of China to invest in and manage domestic and foreign financial enterprises.

CITIC Holdings invests and controls CITIC Bank, CITIC Securities Co., Ltd., CITIC Trust Investment Company, Prudential Life Insurance Company, CITIC Futures Brokerage Company, CITIC Asset Management Company and CITIC International Financial Holdings Company. CITIC International Financial Holdings Company is a joint venture in Hong Kong.

The subsidiaries of companies listed on the exchange include CITIC Ka Wah Bank, CITIC Capital Markets Holdings, CITIC International Asset Management and CITIC Investment Research Co., Ltd.
