Application conditions
1, having undertaken basic research projects or other basic research experience;
2, with senior professional and technical positions (titles) or have a doctorate, or 2 with the same research field, with senior professional and technical positions (titles) recommended by scientific and technical personnel.
Those who are studying for a postgraduate degree may not apply for general projects, but the on-the-job personnel may apply through their employers with the consent of their tutors.
General project applicants should fully understand the development status and trends of related research fields at home and abroad, and be able to lead a research team to carry out innovative research work; The supporting unit shall have the necessary experimental research conditions; The applicant shall write an application according to the general project application outline. The applied project is of great scientific significance and research value, with sufficient theoretical basis, novel academic ideas, clear research objectives, specific research contents and feasible research scheme. Generally, there shall be no more than 2 cooperative research units, and the research period is generally 4 years.
General projects include free application projects, youth science fund projects and regional science fund projects.
