How does Alipay fund charge the handling fee?
The expenses of Alipay fund mainly include: subscription fee, redemption fee, custody fee, management fee and sales service fee. Alipay funds are generally divided into two charging modes, namely Class A (front-end charging) and Class C (back-end charging):
1 Front-end charges: there are subscription fees and redemption fees. The longer the holding time, the less the redemption fee.
Back-end charge: there is no subscription fee, but there is a sales service fee and a redemption fee, which decreases with the increase of holding time.
Both front-end charges and back-end charges require custody fees and management fees.
Alipay fund belongs to OTC fund. If it is an OTC fund, the charging model will be very different. The main transaction cost of OTC funds is brokerage commission.
