1. On the premise of meeting the dividend conditions of relevant funds, the number of income distributions of the Fund is at most 6 times a year, and the proportion of each income distribution shall not be lower than 10% of the distributable profit on the base date of this income distribution (i.e. the calculation deadline of distributable profit). If the fund contract takes effect less than 3 months, there is no need to distribute the income;
2. There are two ways to distribute fund income: cash dividend and dividend reinvestment. Investors can choose cash dividends or automatically convert cash dividends into fund shares for reinvestment. If investors do not choose, the default income distribution method of the Fund is cash dividend; The fund shares registered in the securities registration and settlement system under the Shenzhen securities account of fund share holders can only be paid in cash, and the specific rights distribution procedures and other related matters shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of Shenzhen Stock Exchange and China Securities Registration and Settlement Co., Ltd.;
3. After the distribution of fund income, the net value of fund shares cannot be lower than the face value; That is, the net value of fund shares on the base date of fund income distribution cannot be lower than the face value after deducting the income distribution amount of each fund share;
4. Each fund share enjoys equal distribution rights;
5. Where laws, regulations or regulatory authorities provide otherwise, such provisions shall prevail. Four. Income distribution plan The fund income distribution plan shall specify the distributable profit, the object of fund income distribution, the distribution time, the distribution amount and proportion, and the distribution method as of the income distribution base date.
