2. Fill in the maternity leave application form according to the requirements of the unit and submit it to the supervisor and manager for signature;
3. Submit the application for maternity leave, relevant birth data, a copy of the birth permit and a copy of the ID card to the personnel department for checking and filing.
The examination fee, delivery fee, operation fee, hospitalization fee and medicine fee for the birth of female employees shall be paid by the maternity insurance fund. Medical business expenses and drug expenses (including self-funded drugs and nutritional drugs) exceeding the prescribed amount shall be borne by the employees themselves.
Special provisions on labor protection for female employees
Article 6
If a female employee can't adapt to the original labor during pregnancy, the employer shall reduce her labor or arrange other adaptive labor according to the certificate of the medical institution.
For female employees who have been pregnant for more than 7 months, the employer shall not extend working hours or arrange night work, and shall arrange certain rest time during working hours.
Pregnant female workers have prenatal examination during working hours, and the time required is included in working hours.
