Ma Kong Ji. 1936 joined the revolution, 1938 joined the China * * * production party. He has served as the county magistrate of Ningyang, the chief of staff of the sixth detachment of the Eighth Route Army Shandong Column, the county magistrate of Puxian, the mayor of Jining, the secretary of the policy research office of the C.O., the director of the office of the Central Branch of Henan, Anhui and Jiangsu, the deputy director of the general office of the Nanjing Municipal Committee, the secretary of the Kunming Municipal Committee, and Yunnan.

June 1985, retired from the leadership position. After retirement, he cooperated with some old comrades and concentrated on writing books. Five historical monographs and three theoretical collections have been published, totaling about 3 million words. He donated all the manuscript fees and bonuses to Yunnan Education Foundation to reward model teachers in frontier ethnic areas and support Hope Primary School. He is a representative of the Second and Sixth National People's Congresses and the Eleventh National Congress. 1May 1986, settled in Kunming. 1985 left his post to recuperate and died in Kunming, Yunnan.
