Shanghai epidemic subsidy policy:

1. Subsidize and support qualified enterprises' epidemic prevention and disinfection expenditure by local finance. Give full subsidies to employees in key positions in the retail and catering industries for the cost of conducting regular nucleic acid testing in accordance with epidemic prevention requirements; Subsidies will be given to the expenses of epidemic prevention and disinfection in retail and catering enterprises. Full subsidies will be given to the costs of nucleic acid testing for personnel of airports, ports and cold chain-related enterprises.

2. Give temporary subsidies to the frontline staff against the epidemic. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, the implementation of the epidemic prevention and control of frontline medical staff temporary work subsidies. Appropriate temporary subsidies will be given to community workers who participate in the prevention and control of epidemic situation in the community, and appropriate temporary subsidies will be given to community volunteers. Express condolences to frontline workers in epidemic prevention and control, especially medical staff, community workers, police officers, material support and frontline workers in production.

3. Subsidize the online training of enterprise employees. The online vocational training of enterprise employees affected by the epidemic has been increased from once to three times, and it is directly subsidized to the employer. The subsidy standard for online vocational training of enterprise employees is 6 yuan for each person and each training project, and the training course duration of each project is not less than 24 hours.

4. Adjust the payment standard of unemployment insurance benefits, and pay unemployment insurance according to the following standards for unemployed people who meet the requirements of receiving unemployment insurance benefits: for unemployed people who receive unemployment insurance benefits in the first to twelfth months, the payment standard of unemployment insurance benefits is 1975 yuan/month; For the unemployed who receive unemployment insurance benefits from 13th to 24th months, the payment standard of unemployment insurance benefits is 158 yuan/month; Unemployed persons who receive unemployment insurance benefits for an extended period of time will receive unemployment insurance benefits of 133 yuan/month.
