Liu Yongtan, male, Han nationality, was born in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province on December 1, 1936. His ancestral home is Wuhan, Hubei Province. He was an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, an expert in radar and signal processing technology, and a professor at Harbin Institute of Technology.
