The first domestic public offering REITs-Penghua Qianhai Vanke REITs closed hybrid initiated securities investment fund will be officially issued on June 26th. Insiders pointed out that the listing of the first public offering REITs not only met the needs of mass investors to share Qianhai policy dividends and future development opportunities, but also created a new era of real estate investment.

According to the prospectus of the fund, the product will be invested in the equity of Vanke Qianhai Enterprise Mansion at a ratio not higher than 50% of the total assets of the fund, so as to obtain stable rental income opportunities for commercial properties. As a first-class writing mansion, Vanke Qianhai Enterprise Mansion has gathered well-known enterprises in various fields. With the gradual implementation of various preferential policies, the project rental income has considerable room for growth, which will also provide a benign and stable cash flow guarantee for future capital operation. In addition, Penghua Qianhai Vanke REITs also invests at least 50% of the fund assets in stocks, bonds and money market instruments issued or listed according to law, so as to obtain investment income opportunities for fixed income assets and secondary market equity assets.
