Yu Pengnian (1922 - May 2, 2015), male, whose real name is Peng Lishan, is a well-known businessman in Hong Kong, a famous philanthropist, and an honorary citizen of Shenzhen.

Yu Pengnian was born in Yangshi Town, Lianyuan City, Loudi (now Guanzhuang Village, Yangshi Town, Lianyuan City)1. He was born in 1922 in a businessman family in Lantian Town, Lianyuan City, Hunan Province.

He once served as the chairman of Hong Kong Fude Development Co., Ltd. and the chairman of Hong Kong Yu's Charitable Foundation.
