/kloc-0 was admitted to Shandong university in March, 1978, and successively studied for bachelor's degree, master's degree and doctor's degree in radio electronics, circuits and systems, communication and information systems. Mainly engaged in the teaching and research of intelligent measurement and control system, computer application technology and communication and information system. He presided over and mainly participated in 3 projects of National Natural Science Foundation and Shandong Natural Science Foundation, 4 projects of Shandong Science and Technology Commission and Ministry of Electronic Industry, project 1 of Shandong Electric Power Bureau and Liaohe Petroleum Exploration Bureau, project 1 of Shandong University Youth Science Fund, Cross-century Talent Fund, Cisco Education and Scientific Research Funding Program and 2 international cooperation projects with the United States and Hong Kong. 1994 conducted cooperative research at Yamaguchi university in Japan, and served as a visiting professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong from April 1998 to April 1999.
