According to the qualification standards for qualified investors, when the amount of investment in a trust plan is less than RMB 1 million, individual investors should provide the following relevant property and income certification documents.

(1) Relevant property certification documents issued by financial institutions, including: 1. Deposit certification documents issued by banks; 2. Documents certifying the total value of securities held by securities companies and fund companies; 3. Trust holding documents issued by trust institutions

Documents certifying the total subscription amount of the product; 4. Documents certifying the total cash value of the insurance policy issued by the insurance company; 5. Relevant property certification documents issued by other financial institutions.

(2) Valid certification documents for financial assets, including: 1. Customer’s bank passbook and copy; 2. Bank card statement; 3. Valid subscription documents and copies of bank financial products; 4. Statements from securities companies and fund companies

(including statements for online transactions) must show the total value of the securities held by the customer.

5. Key pages of valid subscription documents for trust products (including contract number, amount, signature page) and copies; 6. Registered bonds and copies, etc.

(3) Income certificate for individuals and couples: Personal income tax payment certificate for the last three years or annual income certificate for the last three years issued by the unit.

If the above supporting documents involve family financial assets, in addition to providing relevant property certificates, you must also provide household registration books or other documents proving family relationships.

If the above supporting documents involve the total income of both spouses, in addition to providing proof of relevant income, a marriage certificate, household registration booklet or other documents proving the relationship between husband and wife are also required.
