There are funds on the market, but there are no funds off the market. On-site funds are subject to price limits, 10%. There is no price limit for OTC funds. The fund invests in a basket of stocks, and the price of the fund is mainly calculated by the invested stocks, so the probability of the fund price stopping falling is very small.

On-exchange funds refer to funds traded on the stock exchange, while off-exchange funds refer to funds not traded on the stock exchange.
