1. Bring your social security card or ID card to the social security counter and ask the staff to inquire;

2. Call 12333 to transfer to manual service for staff to check;

3. Use the social security card to inquire on the self-service inquiry machine of social insurance institutions.

4. Take the medical insurance card to the designated medical insurance pharmacy and use the consumption list to see the balance.
