In June 2004, Donglan Digital was registered and established in Ningbo.

In July 2006, Donglan Digital successfully acquired the e-government provider Huashen Huizheng (now Beijing Donglan Digital) and established a Zhengzhou office.

In September 2006, Donglan Digital established its Hangzhou office.

In March 2008, Donglan Digital registered and established Hong Kong Donglan Digital in Hong Kong.

In December 2008, Donglan Digital won the Forbes Asia Best Listed Small and Medium Enterprise Award in Singapore.

In April 2009, Donglan Digital was selected into the Yinzhou Economic Ranking.

In May 2010, Donglan Digital established Jinshan Branch.

In June 2010, Donglan Digital introduced strategic investors such as Shenzhen Venture Capital and Zhejiang Hongtu Venture Capital, which was co-founded by Zhejiang Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute and Shenzhen Venture Capital.

In September 2010, Donglan Digital established Zhejiang Donglan Digital at the Yangtze River Delta Research Institute of Tsinghua University and established an engineering technology research center in Beijing.

In February 2011, Donglan Digital was jointly designated as a key software enterprise within the national planning layout by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, and the State Administration of Taxation.

In April 2011, Donglan Digital was selected into the Ningbo Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ranking.

In September 2011, Donglan Digital established an academician workstation.

In November 2011, Donglan Digital was recognized as a national modern service industry innovation and development demonstration enterprise by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

In December 2011, Donglan Digital introduced the Zhejiang Haibang Talent Fund under the Organization Department of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee and the Ningbo Haibang Talent Fund under the Organization Department of the Ningbo Municipal Party Committee.

In February 2012, Donglan Digital was selected as one of the "Top Ten Most Popular Ningbo Businesses".

In April 2012, Donglan Digital completed the shareholding reform and officially changed its name to Donglan Digital Co., Ltd., and continued to be ranked on the Ningbo Entrepreneurship and Innovation Ranking.

In July 2012, Donglan Digital was selected into the top 100 service industries in Ningbo.

In August 2012, Donglan Digital Academician Workstation and R&D Center were recognized by Zhejiang Province as provincial academician workstation and provincial enterprise engineering technology R&D center respectively.

In September 2012, Donglan Digital was recognized as a key enterprise in the National Torch Plan software industry by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and won the first prize of the China Geographic Information Technology Progress Award.

In October 2012, the National Smart City Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance was established, and Donglan Digital became the first vice chairman unit and deputy secretary general unit.

In January 2013, Donglan Digital was listed as "Zhejiang Province Smart City Large-Scale Software Industry Technology Innovation Comprehensive Pilot" by Zhejiang Province.

In April 2013, Donglan Digital was awarded the "Key Enterprise Research Institute" by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government.
