Reimbursement standard
1. The maternity insurance fund compensates the unit in the form of maternity allowance.
The compensation standard is: female workers who have been pregnant for more than 7 months (including 7 months) and delivered naturally or have been born prematurely for less than 7 months are entitled to 3 months of maternity allowance; In case of dystocia or cesarean section, the maternity allowance will be increased by half a month, and in case of multiple births, the maternity allowance will be increased by half a month for each additional baby; Those who have miscarried or induced labor for more than 3 months but less than 7 months are entitled to 1.5 months' maternity allowance, and those who have miscarried for pathological reasons within 3 months are entitled to 1 month's maternity allowance.
Maternity allowance is based on the average monthly payment salary of maternity insurance for female employees before prenatal or family planning operation 12 months.
2, maternity nutrition subsidies and perinatal health care subsidies
Those who meet the requirements of the state and enjoy maternity leave for more than 90 days (including 90 days) can enjoy maternity nutrition subsidies in 300 yuan and perinatal health care subsidies in 700 yuan.
3. One-time maternity allowance
After the female workers who participate in maternity insurance in the unit are unemployed, they can enjoy a one-time maternity allowance if they meet the family planning requirements during the period of receiving unemployment insurance money.
One-time maternity allowance: 2,400 yuan for miscarriage in 400 yuan and 4,000 yuan for dystocia and multiple births. Male employees who participate in maternity insurance, whose spouses are not included in the scope of maternity insurance, can enjoy a one-time maternity allowance of 50% if they have their first child in line with family planning regulations.
4. Maternity leave allowance for employees
Maternity allowance shall be compensated by the unit. During the maternity leave of the insured female employees, my basic salary, bonus and welfare expenses shall be paid by the unit.
5, family planning operation fee
Including the placement (removal) of intrauterine devices, induced abortion, induced labor, skin burial, sterilization and recanalization due to family planning needs, which are included in the settlement scope of maternity insurance fund.
Reimbursement conditions
Employees who enjoy maternity insurance benefits shall meet the following conditions:
1. The employer has paid more than 1 year for employees and continues to pay;

Reimbursement materials
1. One original and one copy of the marriage certificate.
2. Original and photocopy of birth certificate.
3. One original and one copy of the baby's birth certificate.

5. Copy of ID card.
6. Original invoice and summary list of maternity medical expenses (stamped with the official seal of the hospital).

9. Unemployed spouses of male workers who enjoy maternity medical expenses shall provide another spouse's unemployment certificate issued by township-level labor security or neighborhood offices, and may also be provided by county-level labor employment agencies.
10. Female employees who participate in urban residents' basic medical insurance, new rural cooperative medical insurance or enterprise maternity insurance at the same time can choose one party to reimburse maternity medical expenses. Have enjoyed one of the benefits, social security institutions will not repeat reimbursement of maternity medical expenses.
Treatment process
1, after a female worker is pregnant, has an abortion or has a family planning operation, the employing unit or the staff of the street or town labor security service station will bring the application materials to the maternity insurance window of the district social labor insurance for handling;
