After the integration of mineral resources, the main resources of the province, such as tin, copper, lead, zinc, iron and phosphate rock, are concentrated in the hands of key enterprises such as Yunnan Tin, Yunnan Copper, Yunnan Metallurgy, Xiangyun Longfei and Yuntianhua, laying a foundation for accelerating the cultivation of internationally competitive mining groups (companies). 3.3.3. 1 Joint venture between large mines and local enterprises-the integration mode of entrusted processing of copper resources in Diqing.

Yunnan is an important distribution area of copper resources in China. Since the founding of New China, the state has invested in the establishment of a copper mining, dressing and smelting industrial system in Yunnan. Starting from 1990, Dongchuan Copper Mine, Yimen Copper Mine and Dayao Copper Mine went bankrupt one after another due to resource exhaustion. In order to solve the problems of employees' employment and enterprise's own development, Yunnan Copper Group actively organizes the import of copper concentrate on the one hand, and accelerates the construction of new mines in the province on the other. Through several years' work, resource allocation has been optimized, resource conflicts and disputes have been effectively solved, potential safety hazards have been rectified, the safety of mining areas has been fundamentally improved, the structural adjustment and growth mode transformation of Yunnan tin industry have been promoted, and enterprises have achieved leap-forward development. In view of the long-standing problems in Lanping lead-zinc mine, the governments of Yunnan Province, Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture and Lanping Bai Pumi Autonomous County actively introduced Sichuan Hongda Group according to the principle of resource integration, and jointly established Yunnan Jinding Zinc Industry Company with Nujiang Prefecture, Lanping County and Yunnan Metallurgical Group. After the establishment of the new company, with the support of the local government, the mining right of the county mining company was purchased by redemption, and the Yunnan Provincial Department of Land and Resources paid the mining right of the peripheral mining section to Jinding Zinc Industry Company to carry out unified planning and development of the lead and zinc resources in Lanping mining area.
