Shenzhen International Preparatory College is a full-time international school declared by a team of Shenzhen University professors headed by Professor Fu Tengxiao, executive vice president of Shenzhen Normal University, officially approved by Shenzhen Education Bureau, and reported to the Provincial Education Department and the National Scholarship Fund Committee for filing and notification.
