In addition to the circumstances stipulated in the Measures for the Administration of Information Disclosure of Public Offering of Securities Investment Funds, in any of the following circumstances, the fund manager shall prepare and issue a temporary announcement according to law, including but not limited to:

(1) The infrastructure fund has major related party transactions;

(2) Transactions or losses accounting for more than 65,438+00% of the fund's net asset value;

(3) The infrastructure project company borrows from overseas or the total assets of the fund passively exceed the net assets of the fund140%;

(4) purchasing or selling infrastructure projects;

(5) Raising funds for infrastructure;

(6) Significant changes have taken place in the operation status, cash flow or cash flow generating capacity of infrastructure projects;

(seven) major changes have taken place in the main participating institutions;

(8) The fund shares obtained by the original equity holders or their related parties under the same control from the strategic placement.

(nine) other matters that may have a significant impact on the interests of infrastructure fund share holders or the net asset value of the fund.
