China Postdoctoral Science Fund Funding Provisions Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to standardize the funding behavior of China Postdoctoral Science Fund (hereinafter referred to as "Fund Funding") and give full play to the important role of fund funding in cultivating the innovative ability and scientific research ability of postdoctoral researchers, these Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Articles of Association of China Postdoctoral Science Fund and relevant state regulations. < < br > > Article 2 The postdoctoral science fund of China is established by the state, aiming at subsidizing outstanding postdoctoral researchers with innovative ability and development potential, prompting them to carry out innovative research in scientific research and rapidly grow into all kinds of innovative talents to promote national scientific and technological progress and economic and social development. Article 3 The funds mainly come from the central financial allocation. Accept donations from various institutions, groups, units or individuals at home and abroad. Encourage all regions, departments and stations to support each other. Article 4 The mechanism of independent application, equal competition, peer review and merit-based support shall be implemented for fund assistance.
