(1) The number of applicants participating in the national first-class leagues and cups is: 70% for the first to eighth place, 50% for the ninth to twelfth place, and 30% for the thirteenth to sixteenth place.

(2) The number of athletes from each team who have qualified for the finals of the National Games is: the first to fourth place does not exceed 60% of the team, the fifth to eighth place does not exceed 40% of the team, and the ninth to twelfth place does not exceed 20% of the team.

(3) The number of athletes in each team participating in the national second-level league tournament is: the first to fourth place shall not exceed 30% of the team, the fifth to eighth place shall not exceed 20% of the team, and the ninth to sixteenth place shall not exceed two athletes.

(4) The number of applicants to participate in the National Youth League and the National City Games is: the first and second runners do not exceed 30% of the team, and the third and fourth runners do not exceed 20% of the team.
