First of all, we have strengthened the publicity and interpretation of the medical insurance policy. Through holding training courses, distributing publicity materials, and conducting on-site consultation, we will popularize medical insurance policy knowledge to the insured units and individuals, so that they can fully understand the significance, standards and processes of medical insurance collection and payment. At the same time, it also gave detailed answers and guidance to the difficult problems encountered by enterprises and individuals in the process of participating in the insurance, which improved the participation rate and payment rate.
The second is to optimize the medical insurance collection process and improve work efficiency. We have established an information sharing mechanism with the tax authorities, which realizes the real-time exchange and comparison of medical insurance collection data and avoids duplication of work and data errors. At the same time, it also promotes convenient service methods such as electronic payment and online declaration, which is convenient for insured units and individuals to declare their payment and reduce the waiting time in line at the scene.
In addition, we have strengthened the supervision and assessment of the collection and payment of medical insurance. Regularly analyze the collection and payment of medical insurance, supervise and punish units and individuals who fail to pay in full and on time, and ensure the stability and safety of medical insurance funds. At the same time, we also incorporate the collection and payment of medical insurance into the annual assessment system, commend and reward units and individuals with outstanding work achievements, and stimulate everyone's enthusiasm for work.
To sum up, we have made some achievements in the collection and payment of medical insurance, but there are also some problems and deficiencies. In the next step, we will continue to strengthen the publicity and interpretation of medical insurance policies, optimize the collection process, strengthen supervision and assessment, and push the collection of medical insurance to a new level.
