There are three subjects in the fund qualification examination. Subject 1 "Fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms" is a compulsory subject, and candidates can't bypass it when obtaining the qualification certificate of fund practice. Subject 2 "Basic knowledge of securities investment funds" and subject 3 "Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds" are optional subjects. Candidates only need to choose one of these two elective subjects to obtain the qualification certificate of fund practice.

Fund qualification examination subjects:

2. Subject 2: Basic knowledge of securities investment funds;

3. Subject 3: Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds.
