1. During the examination monitoring process, if the camera is unavailable, occupied or there are other problems, and the examination cannot be conducted normally due to abnormal conditions, candidates can complain to the local examination institution after the examination.

2. Candidates are requested to bring the admission ticket and ID card and other supporting materials to the local examination institution to fill in the complaint form of abnormal situation in the qualification examination of fund practitioners and explain the abnormal situation.

3. The examination institution will verify the candidates' complaints and inform the candidates of the verification results. If the candidate's complaint is true, the examination institution will give him the opportunity to reschedule the exam; If the candidate's complaint is not true, the examination institution will not give him the opportunity to reschedule the exam.
