The income of the fund is calculated according to the share, and the rise and fall of the fund are related to the share.
1. Fund
A fund in a broad sense refers to a certain amount of funds set up for a certain purpose. It mainly includes trust and investment funds, provident funds, insurance funds, retirement funds and funds of various foundations.
According to different standards, securities investment funds can be divided into different types:
(1) According to whether fund units can be increased or redeemed, they can be divided into open-end funds and closed-end funds. Open-end funds are not traded on the market (it depends on the situation), and the fund size is not fixed through subscription and redemption by banks, brokers and fund companies; Closed-end funds have a fixed duration, generally listed and traded in securities exchanges, and investors buy and sell fund units through the secondary market.
(2) According to different organizational forms, it can be divided into corporate funds and contractual funds. Funds are established by issuing fund shares to establish investment fund companies, which are usually called corporate funds; Fund managers, fund custodians and investors are established through fund contracts, which are usually called contractual funds. China's securities investment funds are all contractual funds.
(3) According to the difference of investment risks and returns, it can be divided into growth funds, income funds and balanced funds.
(4) According to different investment objects, it can be divided into stock funds, bond funds, money market funds, futures funds, etc.
ii. the fluctuation of the fund
the fluctuation of the net value of the fund will not affect the change of the share, but only the change of the account income. When the net value of the fund rises, the position income and accumulated income will increase; If the net value of the fund falls, the position income and accumulated income will be less. For example, if an investor buys 1, funds with the net value of 2 yuan, when the net value of the fund rises to 2.5 yuan, the total assets of the fund will be 2.5 yuan * 1, = 25, yuan, so the share will not change.
The main factors that affect the change of investors' account share are dividends or fund conversion. Fund dividend: There are two ways to pay dividends, one is cash dividend, and the other is dividend reinvestment. Investors who choose cash dividends will pay cash directly after dividends, so the share of the account will not change; Investors who choose to reinvest in dividends will increase their share after dividends. Fund conversion: When the net value of some funds is too high or too low, the fund company will convert the shares, so that the net value can be reduced or increased. For example, when the net value of the fund is .5 yuan, the fund company will restore the net value to 1 yuan. Suppose an investor holds 1 funds, and the converted net value is 1 yuan, but the share becomes 5.
the fund calculates the income according to the share. If you buy the original fund, the unit price is 1 yuan, so what you buy for 1 yuan is the share minus the handling fee. The number of shares and the amount are equal at this time; If it is not the original fund, the share bought by 1 yuan will be divided by the unit price. Both ups and downs are related to share. If it goes up by 1%, the number of shares will be *1%. If it goes up by 1% the next day, it will be the number of shares *(1%+1%).
