On 20 1 1,1September 10, Baidu foundation invested 2 million yuan as a dandelion special fund, and the original capital was 2 million yuan to start the dandelion project, aiming to find the most beautiful dandelion around us and help from two aspects: hardware transformation (building Baidu Dream Center) and software training (regular and accurate teacher training). The specific contents include our plan:

1. After finding a qualified dandelion teacher, Baidu will award him/her the honor of "Baidu Dandelion Ambassador";

2. Among many dandelion ambassadors, "Dandelion Star" was selected and donated to Baidu Dream Center (a multimedia teaching center with comprehensive Internet function and fully equipped multimedia classrooms) according to the corresponding construction conditions;

3. Gradually establish the "Dandelion Star" library alliance. Baidu holds "Dandelion Summer Camp" every year to provide them with distinctive dandelion teacher training content, convene and participate in the annual "Dandelion Summer Camp" to provide targeted and accurate dandelion teacher training;

4. "Dandelion Presentation" will be held regularly to let more friends know about Dandelion's contribution, attract more allies to join the Dandelion Alliance, and strive to realize the equality of every Dandelion; 1. As long as the qualified teachers are the target group of dandelion teachers that Baidu is looking for, we will review the teachers' own experience and qualifications, award ta the honorary title of "Baidu Dandelion Ambassador" after passing, and select "Dandelion Star" among many "Baidu Dandelion Ambassadors".

2. All "Dandelion Stars" need to attend the "Dandelion Presentation" at least twice a year to publicize the dandelion spirit and advocate support for Baidu Dandelion Plan. As long as their school meets the construction conditions of "Baidu Dream Center", Baidu Foundation will donate;

To become a "Baidu Dandelion Ambassador", you can participate in the "Dandelion Summer Camp" held by Baidu every summer and enjoy the generous courtesy and material support provided by the "Dandelion Alliance" partners. The multimedia classroom donated by Baidu is called "Baidu Dream Center", which is built for the "dandelion stars" who are struggling in rural areas and rural schools, so that they can use the best teaching equipment to spread the seeds of knowledge and realize their dreams. In the Dandelion Project, Baidu will award qualified teachers the honor of "Dandelion Ambassador" and select "Dandelion Star" from many Dandelion Ambassadors. After evaluating the construction conditions of the school where Dandelion Star is located, Baidu will donate a multimedia teaching center with comprehensive Internet functions to schools that meet the evaluation criteria. This center is called "Baidu Dream Center".

Baidu Dream Center gives full play to Baidu's technological advantages as a high-tech Internet company, and aims to build a unique modern classroom integrating computers, books and multimedia for the school, aiming to help teachers solve the difficulties in teaching and realize self-improvement, so that more rural teachers and rural school teachers can equally enjoy advanced teaching equipment and high-quality educational resources.

The completed "Baidu Dream Center" will provide teachers with systematic and perfect capacity-building training and new quality education curriculum design through the opening of "Dandelion Online School". In addition to self-improvement, teachers who receive systematic training can also use the teaching facilities of the Dream Center to teach students.
