How many subjects are there in the fund exam?
There are three subjects in the fund examination. It includes a compulsory course, Fund Laws and Regulations, Professional Ethics and Business Guidelines, and two elective courses, Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Funds and Basic Knowledge of Private Equity Investment Funds. The total score of a single subject is 100, and 60 is considered as a passing grade. After passing the examination, you can apply for qualification registration through your institution.

Fund examination subjects:

1. Subject 1: fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms;

2. Subject 2: Basic knowledge of securities investment funds;

3. Subject 3: Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds.

Among the above subjects, "fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms" are the examination subjects. Candidates must pass the examination of "fund laws and regulations, professional ethics and business norms" in order to obtain the qualification certificate of fund practice. "Basic knowledge of securities investment funds" and "Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds" are optional subjects, and candidates need to choose at least one of these two optional subjects to register and pass. That is, candidates can choose subject 1 and subject 2 or subject 1+subject 3 for combined application during the registration process.
