3. Students who apply for high school art students come to the school for an interview with their forms during the interview time. Brief introduction of literature and art specialized courses
The special art class of Xiamen No.6 Middle School was approved by the Municipal Education Bureau, and started in the autumn of 1995. Art special classes aim to cultivate students' artistic expertise and improve their comprehensive quality in an all-round way. Students mainly study cultural courses, and the cultural courses offered, like other students, are taught in full accordance with the provincial curriculum plan. At the same time, we should properly carry out art education and offer music quality courses, including music theory, solfeggio, listening and rhythm training, etc. Offering professional training courses, including vocal music, instrumental music, dance and chorus; Every Wednesday afternoon, Class 34 and Saturday afternoon, students are organized to attend art activity classes, including chorus, group singing, solo, instrumental ensemble, solo, group dance, solo and so on.

The study style of previous art classes is diligent, the class spirit is healthy and progressive, and the students are civilized and disciplined. In the academic year appraisal, it has been rated as an advanced class or a civilized class at the provincial, municipal and school levels for many times. Students' learning level has been significantly improved on the original basis, and many people have won national, provincial and municipal awards in disciplines such as mathematics, English, composition, physics and chemistry.
