Neuralink is an American technology company headquartered in San Francisco, USA, co-founded by Elon Musk and eight others in July 2016.

The company mainly develops "neural lace" technology and is committed to connecting the human brain with computers, which supports direct communication between humans and machines without the need for a physical interface.

On July 29, 2021, Neuralink completed a US$205 million Series C financing, led by Dubai venture capital company Vy Capital. Google Ventures, Founders Fund, DFJ Growth and other funds also appeared on the investment list.
