The seven design departments of the Seventh Academy of Aerospace are well paid. The seventh part is located in the national Chengdu Economic and Technological Development Zone (Longquanyi District), with convenient transportation. It has an academician workstation, a postdoctoral workstation and a school-enterprise cooperative aircraft technology engineering center, which is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation. At present, there are more than 550 employees, including 73% masters, 8% doctors and 8% leading talents in science and technology. There are nearly 60 experts who enjoy the special government allowance of the State Council, outstanding contribution experts of group companies, academic and technical leaders and top-notch young talents. It is a highland for the growth of aerospace talents.
