If the insured person needs to modify the mobile phone number for receiving information, he can do so in the following three ways.

Modify the mobile phone number of the insured person through the official website of Qingdao Municipal Medical Security Bureau.

Enter the official website and log in to the online office hall. The page will automatically pop up the "Modify Number Prompt". Click the "Modify Number" button, enter the new mobile phone number of the insured person, enter the verification code and click "Submit" to complete the modification.

Modify the mobile phone number of the insured person through the WeChat official account.

Except for the above three ways, other ways to change the mobile phone number are not the official channels of Qingdao Medical Insurance.

Qingdao Municipal Medical Insurance Bureau reminds insured persons and enterprises not to trust information such as "medical insurance card deactivation", "medical insurance card upgrade", "improving personal information" and other information, and to increase vigilance and prevention awareness.
