Pass Love project is a major public welfare project under the Pass Love Charity Foundation in Michigan, USA. The Charity Foundation for Love Transmission is an NGO (non-governmental organization) and a non-profit public welfare organization. Du Keming, a China student who graduated from Michigan State University, and Xuan, who works at the University of Michigan, applied to set up an institution in the state. All public welfare projects under the charity foundation are based on the concept of "passing on love", encouraging everyone to love with actions and learning to love while being loved.

Pass Love Project is the first public welfare project under the Foundation, and it is also the most important project at present.
