If you withdraw provident fund in the name of renting a house, you can withdraw 50%.
Generally, 50% of the balance of the rental provident fund can be withdrawn after excluding the amount paid this month.
That is, if you paid 200 yuan this month and there was still a balance of 1,800 yuan before this month, you can withdraw 1,800 times 50% = 900 yuan for this rental.
Note: If you do not buy a house and have paid the provident fund in full for three consecutive months, you can use the provident fund to pay rent. You can withdraw it once every 12 months.

The Housing Provident Fund Management Center shall make a decision on whether to approve the withdrawal or not to allow the withdrawal within 3 days from the date of accepting the application, and notify the applicant; if the withdrawal is approved, the entrusted bank shall handle the payment procedures.
