Article 31 If the name of a fund indicates the investment direction, more than 80% of the assets of a non-cash fund shall be determined by the investment direction.

For example, index funds such as GEM ETF must allocate more than 80% of their assets to GEM stocks.

Another example: Huitianfu mobile Internet stocks, although there is no GEM in the name, most mobile Internet stocks are GEM stocks, so most assets must be allocated to GEM stocks.

However, if the investment direction is not clearly shown in the name, it is not necessary to abide by this provision, so it depends on the name of the fund to make an accurate judgment.
