There are three positions, channel manager (sales manager, for banks), copywriter (for marketing planning department) and e-commerce operation assistant (for e-commerce). General employment conditions of fund industry: (1) 1-3 years relevant securities experience (sales, research or investment, with different requirements for each post); (2) Bachelor degree or above, CFA qualification is preferred; (3) Need strong affinity, strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, team spirit, strong learning ability and certain innovation ability. The Tian Hong Foundation believes that ability is more important than academic qualifications, and young people with dreams, passions and abilities may be given priority.
