2. Unit recommendation form

The unit recommendation form is automatically generated by the online registration system when the applicant prints the application form (this form is not displayed in the registration system when the applicant indicates it online). The recommendation should be filled in by department (hospital, department, institute, etc.). ) where the applicant belongs to each applicant. The approval opinions of the higher authorities shall be filled in by the competent selection department of the unit where they belong after carefully checking the information filled in by the applicant, and stamped with the official seal of the recommending unit.

4. Student identification

6. Copy of official invitation letter or admission notice

(1) Applicants are required to submit a copy of the official invitation letter/admission notice. A copy of the invitation letter/admission notice should be printed on the special stationery of the institution (unit) to study abroad, and signed by the person in charge/tutor of the competent department.

Due to the restriction of administrative examination and approval procedures of institutions (units) studying abroad, applicants for doctoral degrees cannot issue a formal admission notice before the application deadline, and must issue a clear notice of intention to enter the school, which is printed on the special stationery of institutions (units) studying abroad and signed by the person in charge/tutor of the other competent department.

(2) The admission notice submitted by the doctoral degree applicant shall be an unconditional admission notice, but it does not include the following conditions:

All scholarship certificates should be printed on the special stationery of institutions (units) studying abroad and signed by the person in charge of the competent department. E-mail or unsigned scholarship certificates are not accepted.

8. Joint training plan or study plan (foreign language)

When applying for joint training of doctoral students, an English joint training plan signed by Chinese and foreign tutors (1000 words or more) should be submitted.
