On-site trading, also known as exchange trading, refers to the trading mode in which all supply and demand sides concentrate on the exchange for bidding trading. To put it simply, on-site funds are funds that can be purchased through stock trading software like buying stocks, as follows:

1. Investors who want to buy or sell certain securities should first open an account with a brokerage company.

2. Investors entrust securities companies to buy and sell securities, and sign account opening contracts, stating the names, addresses, ages, occupations, rights and obligations of the clients and brokers.

3. The securities company will handle all securities trading matters immediately through its representatives and agents in the exchange according to the requirements of customers.

4. After the transaction is completed, the securities company will inform the customer to prepare the settlement money and securities on the day of the transaction. At the end of business, after the securities company checks with the records of the exchange according to the types of securities, the buyers and sellers of the same kind of securities entrusted for trading will offset each other. The offset difference will be settled with the exchange and delivered, and then delivered to the customer on schedule.

The buyer pays cash to get the securities, and the seller hands over the securities to get the cash. Some deliveries are completed immediately after the transaction, and some are completed within a few days or dozens of days after the transaction.
