The Fund Practitioner Qualification Examination is divided into three subjects, namely Subject 1 "Fund Laws and Regulations, Professional Ethics and Business Standards", Subject 2 "Basic Knowledge of Securities Investment Funds", Subject 3 "Basics of Private Equity Investment Funds" "Knowledge", of which subject one must be taken, and one of subject two and subject three can be chosen. Candidates can choose to take subject two or three according to the nature of their work.

The Fund Practitioner Qualification Examination shall be conducted in the form of a closed-book, computer-based examination. The question types are all single-choice questions, and each subject has 100 questions. Each question is worth 1 point. The total score is 100 points, and 60 points is the passing line. The test time for each subject is 120 minutes. The registration fee for a single subject examination is RMB 61, which can be paid online.
