The following materials are usually required to apply for notarization of the agreement on subsidizing study abroad:

1. Six agreements on subsidizing study abroad

2. Letter from china scholarship council (qualification certificate for subsidizing study abroad by the National Fund for Studying Abroad)

3. The study abroad agreement and two guarantors bring their ID cards, household registration and income certificates

4. If the guarantors are married, they bring their marriage certificates and spouse's consent; Unmarried, bring a single certificate

5. If the guarantor can't come in other places, provide a notarial certificate (original) agreeing to guarantee.
