1. Raise funds from home and abroad, accept social donations, carry out international cooperation and exchanges, and restore and protect China's heritage.

2. Organize experts to inspect endangered cultural heritage, formulate corresponding protection schemes and take effective protection measures. Cooperate with relevant departments to formulate various protection standards for cultural heritage through research and investigation, and provide the adjusted and revised materials to the government as a reference for such norms and standards through trial implementation.

3. Hold seminars for experts and leaders of cultural heritage sites in due course.

4. Regularly organize experts to conduct professional training for relevant personnel in various cultural heritage sites and people from all walks of life who are enthusiastic about cultural heritage protection, so as to cultivate and develop more cultural protection talents.

5. Actively cooperate with UNESCO to participate in international cooperation and be an assistant to UNESCO China Committee.
