Liu named "Sunshine 100" as the first bone marrow project to test 100 people. He explained to alumni what bone marrow transplantation is and why a bone marrow bank should be established, and called on alumni to join the team of bone marrow testing. Finally, 108 people received bone marrow tests. In order to support his plan, his father contributed 50 thousand yuan as the inspection fee for these people. Sunshine 100 project was successfully completed in only two months.
With the help of the Youth League Committee of Peking University, Liu Cheng established the Sunshine Volunteers Association. After this popular science lecture, Li Jing came to the New Sunshine Foundation to study and met Liu. Jing Li, who is cheerful and generous, and Liu, who is deep and restrained, are attracted to each other and adore each other, and entered the marriage hall hand in hand on 20 13. From then on, they walked hand in hand on the road of public welfare and never let go of their hands.
Two people who have experienced similar pains have warmed the world with kindness, just as Tagore said, "The world kissed me with pain and asked me to sing back." They spread their inner sunshine to the cold earth, and everywhere they go is spring.
In 20 17, their first daughter was born safely, and then their second daughter came into this world. Liu is very excited. He once thought that he could never have children of his own after his illness. Now, watching two pink little girls grow up healthily, he feels that he is the happiest father in the world. He became a real daughter slave, and her daughter is the cutest and most delicate flower in the world. When you come home from work, just look at her and the fatigue of the day will suddenly disappear.
Today, Liu and his wife Li Jing are working hard together in the same office. So far, they have spent 654.38+0.8 billion yuan on public welfare. They hold up the sun in their lives with their sick bodies and send help to more than 5,000 people suffering from diseases.
